All tickets purchased through our website are sent electronically and you must bring with you a printed copy of said ticket/confirmation or you should be able to display this on a smartphone or tablet upon arrival at the venue.

If you are buying tickets for our show through the Edinburgh Fringe please contact their box office for any queries.


Seating in the main venue is not allocated and guests can take any seat that is not reserved. 

Patrons are not permitted to bring hot or cold food into the venue.

Due to licensing laws, alcohol cannot be brought onto the premises however there will be a bar where you can purchase alcoholic beverages and soft drinks. If alcohol you have purchased outside is consumed on the premises you will be ejected from the site and will not be entitled to a refund.


Please use the bins provided and leave the site as you found it.


Please note that smoking is not permitted in the venue. This extends to vaping or the use of E-Cigarettes.


There is very limited parking available on site. Please use the on street parking which is free in the evenings. There will be marshals on hand to direct blue badge holders to the appropriate accessible spaces.


Photos and Filming:-

The use of cameras, recording equipment and mobile phones is not permitted in the venue.


Mobile phones and tablet screens are distracting to other audience members, so we ask that all devices are switched off during the performance.


Adult ticket holders consent to being filmed and photographed for publicity and broadcast purposes.


At the venue you must:

  • abide by all relevant government guidance;

  • abide by: all instructions given by our staff; our signage; and our full terms and conditions;

  • this could include wearing a face covering unless medically exempt; and

  • social distancing 


You must not attend the venue if you:

  • believe you may be infected with COVID-19;

  • have experienced symptoms in the last 14 days;

  • have been in close proximity to anyone who has experienced symptoms in the last 14 days;

  • have recently arrived in the UK and government guidelines require you to self-isolate; or

  • have been instructed to self-isolate.


Any individual who considers themselves to be clinically extremely vulnerable or who is in the same household or support bubble as someone who considers themselves to be clinically extremely vulnerable is advised not to attend.


If we are required by any COVID-19 government guidance or restrictions to cancel a performance, tickets may be exchanged or refunded
