TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Tickets:-

All tickets purchased through our website are sent electronically and you must bring with you a printed copy of said ticket/confirmation or you should be able to display this on a smartphone or tablet upon arrival at the venue.

If you are buying tickets for our show through the Edinburgh Fringe please contact their box office for any queries.

Weather:-

Please note that this performance of LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS is outdoors and open to the elements.

We will never cancel a performance before the advertised start time. This is because you would be amazed how often it can rain all day and then clear up just in time for the action to start and indeed, how localised bad weather can be.

If a show is cancelled on account of the weather, we will announce this at the time of cancellation at the venue. Regardless of whether you were at the venue or not at the time of cancellation, as a ticket holder for that performance you will still be able to benefit from our policy for exchanging tickets following a weather-related cancellation. We do not communicate cancellations to patrons who did not come to the venue or who have already left the venue, but you can contact us afterwards to find out if the performance was cancelled.

As our theatre is completely uncovered, we may have to stop and re-start the show. On rare occasions, it will not be possible for us to complete the performance. Tickets are non-refundable in the event of cancellation because of the weather but may be exchanged for a later performance. If the performance is later in the week and an exchange cannot take place, we will offer you a full refund.

Please dress appropriately for the outdoors, umbrellas are permitted but not whilst the performance is running.

Seating:-

Our seating style is flexible due to social distancing which means that you will be given a designated area to sit with your friends and family. We encourage patrons to bring camping chairs and blankets however seats will be available should you want one.

Food/Drink:-
Patrons are permitted to bring hot and cold food onto the premises and can be eaten in the venue.

Due to licensing laws, alcohol cannot be brought onto the premises however there will be a bar where you can purchase alcoholic beverages and soft drinks. If alcohol you have purchased outside is consumed on the premises you will be ejected from the site and will not be entitled to a refund.
